Our experience tells us that very few people these days actually look in Estate Agents office windows at properties for sale, the vast majority of enquiries about properties we market come via the internet and advertising for sale boards at the property.
 This means unlike other companies, we are not charging you high prices to cover our high overheads or any franchise fees; we are an independent organization so we make sure you can take advantage of our low fees. Our sales enquiry centre is based in Shettleston Road, Glasgow and we feel we are ideally positioned to cover the Glasgow and Lanarkshire areas.
Fees
Our fees are in two parts. Marketing Fee and Selling Fee. The marketing fee is payable upfront to cover the costs of website advertising and the provision of boards. The selling fee is payable only when your property is sold and the transaction is complete.
Home Report
New legislation in Scotland states that from December 1 2008, properties marketed in Scotland require a Home Report. The Home Report is a pack which contains three documents:
- Single survey
- Energy report
- Property questionnaire
The Home Report will be available for prospective buyers of the property.
